Cinnamon Life Ranked Among Top Three in LMD’s New Brands Annual

Colombo, Sri Lanka, Friday 5 June 2025 – In a defining moment for the brand, Cinnamon Life has earned the No. 2 spot in LMD’s New Brands Annual 2025 — a prestigious recognition from one of Sri Lanka’s foremost business publications. This achievement highlights Cinnamon Life’s rapid ascent as a transformative force within Colombo’s urban landscape, and affirms its role as a catalyst for innovation, lifestyle, and cultural connectivity at the heart of the city.

The ranking is based on an in-depth study conducted by PepperCube Consultants, commissioned by LMD, to uncover the most loved and trusted brands among its readership. The research was carried out in January 2025 through structured telephone interviews with randomly selected respondents from LMD’s reader base. The sample reflected gender balance — 52% female and 48% male — and geographical diversity, with participants drawn from the Western, Southern, Central, North-Western, and Northern Provinces.

Over 43 brand categories were explored across sectors such as retail, hospitality, banking, telecommunications, and more. Respondents rated brands based on preference, trust, and recognition, with responses undergoing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ranking by PepperCube’s research team.

Cinnamon Life’s inclusion at the top of this ranking speaks volumes about its role as a cultural catalyst. In less than a year since launch, it has brought together communities through curated experiences, international-standard dining, creative events, and a hospitality offering that redefines Colombo’s global footprint.
