இந்நிலையில், பாகிஸ்தானுடனான வர்த்தக வழிதடத்தை முடிந்தவரை புறக்கணித்து பிற நாடுகளிடம் வணிக உறவை அதிகரிக்க ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் வர்த்தகர்களுக்கு தாலிபான் அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
வர்த்தகத்தை ஒரு அரசியல் கருவியாக பாகிஸ்தான் பயன்படுத்துவதால் ஆப்கானியர்களின் கண்ணியத்தை பாதுகாத்திட, அந்த உறவை புறக்கணிக்கவும், குறிப்பாக மருந்துப் பொருட்களை வாங்குவதை முற்றிலுமாக நிறுத்துமாறும் தாலிபான் அரசு அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது.
