Mega Lifesciences approaches 25 years in Sri Lanka

Mega Lifesciences is present in 33 countries across the world, with products that play a vital role in categories such as women’s health, bone and joint health, cardiovascular and diabetes, skin and liver health, and also in pregnancy and lactation.

In Sri Lanka Mega Lifesciences celebrates almost 25 years in operation, and have a range of wellness products which are now household names, amongst them being  Livolin Forte for liver health,  Calcivita Forte for osteoporosis and Enat 400 for heart and liver health are some of Mega’s best known products, not forgetting the wonder skin care tablet Glow of course.

Mr Paramjit Singh Sawnhey, President International for Mega Lifesciences, was in Sri Lanka recently and met some of the Company’s close associates.  Mr Singh covers half the globe with more than 90% of Mega’s markets reporting to him.

Having started its operations in 1983, today the company boasts of a very strong human capital of 6,000 plus people who are passionately committed to improving the lives of people.

In its pursuit to improve the health of people around the globe, Mega Lifesciences’ Wellness Center in Bangkok (WWC)[ the extension of which was recently launched in Sri  Lanka ],  advocates simple lifestyle modifications and a plant based whole food diet to prevent and reverse disease. It is indeed a scientifically proven concept, that the inflammatory markers from animal foods  have been implicated as the root cause of many preventable chronic ailments, apart from an unhealthy lifestyle which primarily involves high stress levels .
