காலி மாநகர சபையின் மேயர் நேற்றைய தினம் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த விசேட கூட்டத்தில் காலி மாநகர சபை உறுப்பினர்கள் சிலர் ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு மேயர் மீது தண்ணீர் போத்தல்களை வீசி அவர் மீது தண்ணீரை தெளித்து “ எங்களது வாக்குகளை கொள்ளையிட்ட கொள்ளையர்கள் ” என சத்தமிட்டு கூச்சலிட்டுள்ளனர்.
குழப்பநிலை காரணமாக காலி மாநகர சபையின் மேயர் கூட்டத்தை இடைநிறுத்தி அங்கிருந்து வெளியே சென்றுள்ளார்.
