தனிப்பட்ட பாதுகாப்பு அச்சுறுத்தலை ஆய்வுசெய்து வழங்கப்பட்ட மாநில உளவுத்துறையின் அறிக்கையின் படி மத்திய அரசால் இந்த பாதுகாப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இவ்வகையான பாதுகாப்பு
இதற்க்கு முன் திரு.கருணாநிதி, திரு.ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் எதிர்க்கட்ச்சியாக இருந்த போதும் கரும்பூனை படை (BLACK CATS) எனும் பெயரில் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
