தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட பிரமிட் திட்டங்கள் குறித்து இலங்கை மத்திய வங்கி விசேட அறிக்கை ஒன்றை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
1988 ஆம் ஆண்டின் 30 ஆம் இலக்க வங்கித் தொழில் சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 83(c) ஐ மீறி, Pro Care (Pvt) Ltd. மற்றும் Shade of Procare (Pvt) Ltd ஆகிய நிறுவனங்கள் தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட பிரமிட் திட்டமொன்றில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளது என இலங்கை மத்திய வங்கி தீர்மானித்துள்ளதாக மத்திய வங்கி குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும், பின்வரும் கம்பனிகளும்/செயலிகளும், திருத்தப்பட்டவாறான 1988ஆம் ஆண்டின் 30ஆம் இலக்க வங்கித்தொழில் சட்டத்தின் சட்டத்தின் 83(இ) 83(இ) பிரிவின் கீழ் தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட திட்டங்களாக தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக மத்திய வங்கி மேலும் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
